Use double or triple cover stitch to turn up a single hem and stitch down in one motion giving perfectly even hems every time. Use with the project in the flat leaving one seam open, hem and then join last seam.

Jane's Top Tip! Iron the first 2 inchs/5cm to get going easily. Chalk the edge of the hem on the right side of the project to line up the left-hand needle.
